Recently observed scene on my way home from work. This post-sunset view made me stop my vehicle and drive back to snap a reference photo and just stand and stare...it took my breath away. I've learned to follow that instinct and tried to bring that feeling to this square piece. I started teaching myself how to paint at the end of 2018 and shifted to oils at the end of 2019.
