I was driving down Main Street in Fredericksburg, Texas when I caught a glimpse of what looked like old rusty cars behind one of the buildings. I drove around the block until I found a driveway that lead between 2 of the buildings and found probably 40 to 50 old cars (mostly Desoto, but a few other makes) I was compelled to paint the scene. This is my favorite of the paintings I created.
