Calm at the old ferry terminal

Presidents Day I went out with a group to paint at the derelict Sante Fe Railroad ferry dock that once serviced San Francisco . Many fishermen and families were enjoying fishing from the pier. I arrived to dead calm high tide waters and was enticed by the complex structure crossing above the half submerged multi train track . Old and blues . This was a very beautiful winters scene with a slow moving mist across the bay below Mt Tam.
