My cityscapes are without figurative elements because the environment that we have created tells us more about ourselves than portraits do. I've been
struck by images of deserted cities since seeing 1950s science fiction movies as a child. Presently I am working on a series of highway exits, each one utterly unique in
composition and structure than the others.
