Seeburghof

Inspired by the Seeburghof located on the shore of Lake Luzern in central Switzerland. In this artwork I tried to capture the atmosphere that surrounds the are during the autumn months of the year.
My body of work begins with drawings moving later into the recreation of my idea on the canvas. I mostly work with oil paints. My artwork tends to be Realistic. However, sometimes I lean to a more “Naïve” art; I find it innocent, calming and peaceful.

This is an oil on canvas, created with thin layers of oil and finished with a satin varnish.
